You’re someone who wants to be healthy, happy, and more active for the longest time possible. Furthermore, you want to do that so it improves the life you already have. In light of that, you want it to fit into your lifestyle. In light of that, you have more questions than answers.
Perhaps you are looking for information about how to achieve the goals you seek. At the same time, you want to know how much time it takes, what’s involved, how much it costs, and all that. As a result, you want to talk to someone who can offer options on how to make your goals a reality.
How am I doing so far? More importantly, can I help?
Obviously, I say Yes, indeed! — this is what I do.
My name is Jacqueline Gikow, I’ve worked as a personal trainer and health & wellness coach — for a while now. As a result, I understand bodies. In particular, I know how to help people who may not like working out, move from reluctant to eager exercisers. As a matter of fact, without joining a gym (unless you want to).
At the very least, I can point you in a right direction.
Through personal training, and in my health & wellness coaching practice, Audacious-Aging.NYC®, I inspire an active, healthy, and vital life, now and tomorrow. With this in mind, I support healthy bones, brain, joints, heart, weight, and a peaceful life.
I hope we will meet.

“[I] retired [and] decided… to devote… time to getting in shape. Jacqueline understands bodies and how to help people (who, like me, may not like exercise and have tried to avoid it for years) move from reluctant to eager exercisers. …I love that we can hold them in my apartment. …I can say with assurance that Jacqueline knows what she is doing. She diagnoses problems quickly and finds inventive ways to solve them and she tailors all of the exercises to fit my changing needs and my growing strength. She is also fun to work with. I am delighted with the results.” —Sondra P. – NYC
“Jacqueline is a terrific Health and Wellness Coach. She knows how to ask questions that make you think about your answers. She is incredibly honest, and guides you to set up realistic goals with humor and understanding. When you reach a goal, no matter how small, she is just as excited as you are. Our weekly telephone sessions resulted in significant changes for me.” —Shirley W. – NYC
“I was weak, wobbly and overweight. I worked with/got help from Jacqueline. As a result, I lost eight pounds and my balance and upper body strength have improved considerably. And now I’m able to walk farther, use my arms better and fit into my clothes better. I feel much better and can exercise more effectively so I can continue to improve. Life is looking up.” —Susanna L. – NYC
“I was extremely sedentary and on the verge of being classified as a shut-in before I worked with and got help from Jacqueline. As a result, I now go for walks on a daily basis and have resumed my life. In fact, I am able to physically exert myself for extended periods of time. I feel great and can only hope that I can continue to work on my goal(s) of independent mental and physical fitness.” —Cleo B. –NYC
“Jacqueline is a wealth of information regarding health and personal fitness. As a health coach myself, I am knowledgeable about many aspects of health and wellness. Nonetheless, Jacqueline helped me to identify ways I can better incorporate physical fitness into my life at a time that I was struggling to work out due to a very busy schedule. She is inspiring, motivating, and able to get results by supporting women in prioritizing their health.” —Melissa Renfrey, MAED, CHHC
