AQUA ARTHRITIS CLASSES

Weekly: Mondays – 8:05am – 8:55am

Aquatic exercise class held in the small pool in shallow and deep water (no swimming). A low/no-impact workout. Focus on maintaining range of motion, building strength, and aerobic conditioning. Relieve stiffness and improve flexibility and mobility.
