AQUA ARTHRITIS CLASSES

Mondays: 8:05am – 8:55am

Aquatic exercise class held in the small pool in shallow and deep water (no swimming). A low/no-impact workout. Focus on stretching and joint mobility, resistance training, maintaining range of motion, and aerobic conditioning. Relieve stiffness and restore flexibility. 

Fridays: 8:05am – 8:55am
