To begin with, I listen to your fitness and health concerns, and find inventive ways to address them. In response, I create a fitness program that lets you improve your endurance (energy), strength (that means you can do things longer). In particular, I train you to move without aches and pains.
Additionally, I focus on your relationship to food and eating. In fact, I’ll refer you to a nutritionist or dietitian if you want additional assistance.

I believe in in your ability to improve your fitness level and health. To begin with, I understand bodies and how to help people who may not like exercise, move from reluctant to eager exercisers, without joining a gym (unless you want to).
At the same time, I believe you can think and act differently. Accordingly, you start by stating your fitness and health goals. Then, we explore how you act now. Finally, you identify what motivates you to change.
Correspondingly, I design a fitness program that is flexible and realistic. Equally important, it fits with your lifestyle, I just happen to offer an approach that’s easy for you to start, as well as keep up.
Three Unique Ways to Work with Me
All things considered, to get, or stay, fit and healthy, you have to be consistently active. Generally speaking, you will do that only if it’s convenient and enjoyable. So, I offer alternatives to joining a gym that make it easier to get started as well as keep it up:
Do you have access to a pool? If you want to get in shape safely and quickly, ask me about aquatic personal training! To begin with, aquatic workouts workouts don’t stress your knees, joints or back. Additionally, I design them to increase your balance and flexibility. And you don’t even have to know how to swim!
If trekking to an outside gym isn’t always feasible, I offer an alternative. Start in-home training in the comfort and privacy of your home, which provides you with added convenience (and one less excuse).
If your building has a formal gym, you make only minimal effort to access it, and at the same time reduce the initial effort to start a new activity.
