Moving Strong: Small Group Personal Training

An evidence-based, weekly workshop focusing on flexibility, mobility, and strength, while relieving muscle pain and stiffness. Attention also to improving agility and balance.

Limited to 4-6 people.

Tuesdays 1:15PM – 2:00PM and Thursdays 1:15PM – 2:00PM

 

Single Class: $70

Prepaid $225/5 weeks ($45 per class) 

(Classes begin when minimum enrollment is reached)

 

*Fitness/Rehabilitation training is an out-of-pocket expense*

*24-hour notice required for cancellation*

*Class make up within 30 days*
